Established by brothers Hubert and Markus Peter in 1972 in a spacious private home, the Fromagerie is noted for its classic French cuisine with a contemporary panache. Dishes are skillfully served in a warm, romantic setting and paired with an award-winning selection of wines. The Fromagerie was selected "Best of the Best" for nine years in the New Jersey Monthly Reader's Choice Awards. However, it isn't surprising to the Peters, for their restaurant has consistently been recognized by gastronomes and the restaurant press corps as one of the finest French restaurants in New Jersey since they opened their doors more than 30 years ago.
