At Fromagerie we try to strike a balance between the wine and the food so that they each taste better when enjoyed together.  It is important to remember that robust wines appear to taste better with strongly flavored foods.  Conversely, delicate wines are better appreciated when served with foods that are lightly seasoned or textured.

It is our aim to seek out wines that will please our guests by offering a sense of adventure in choosing from our extensive list. We also strive to accommodate those with a preference for a particular region and/or vintage, be it of Bordeaux, Burgundy, or even the cult wines of California.

Whatever your selection, you can be sure to find a wine that will make an enjoyable accompaniment to your dinner.  Our sommelier staff will be very pleased to assist you with making your selection.

Our cellar is available for small private tastings. Contact us for more information!
